Our support team can help you get in contact with the driver. In the Ridenow Taxi app open the "Help" section in the menu and follow the link to our
support chat in Telegram. Describe your problem in the support chat and specify the date and time of the ride. We will provide you with the driver's phone number so you can get in touch. If the driver confirms that they found your item, coordinate a meeting location and time convenient for you both.
Drivers are independent contractors. Neither Ridenow Taxi nor the drivers are responsible for items left in the vehicle after the trip is completed. We will do our best to help you, but we do not guarantee that the driver has your item or can return it to you immediately.
